Election of chairman and vote counters<br\/> 2. Board of Directors&#8217; report<br\/> 3. Presentation of accounts for approval<br\/> 4. Determination of membership fees<br\/> 5. Proposals received<br\/> 6. Presentation of action plan for the coming year<br\/> 7. Election of the board<br\/>7a) Election of chairman<br\/>7b) Election of treasurer<br\/>7c) Election of three board members<br\/>7d) Election of two alternates<br\/> 8. Election of auditor<br\/> 9. Any other business<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-64e8d0dbbe0da0399674f5c995d4a1ef wp-block-paragraph\">Proposals to be considered under item 5. Proposals must be received by the board<br\/>no later than 14 days before the general meeting is held.
