Do you have any questions?
Here are some of the most common questions we get about our Block Party:
What are the payment options at the event space?
It will be possible to pay with cash, and we are working on a solution to hopefully make it possible to pay with MobilePay at the event site.
Is the event child-friendly?
Yes, there will be various activities for children, and there are several playgrounds in the area around the event venue that are free to use.
Entrance, coins and merchandise?
You can buy this in our event shop, which you can find under the menu item event shop or by clicking here event shop.
Handing out pre-ordered coins and other merchandise?
These will be handed out either on Friday at the welcome event or on the day of the event in the hall on Saturday. Uncollected orders may be shipped subsequently at the buyer’s expense if you are prevented from attending the event.
NOTE: It is NOT possible to get a refund for entrance tickets and coin purchases if you do not attend the event.
IMPORTANT: Remember to bring your ticket in the form of your purchase receipt (order confirmation) either in printed form or digitally on your mobile phone.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, but it is also possible to buy in the hall.
Is there parking nearby?
Parking is available at the hall and on the surrounding roads.
Public transportation?
Vipperød station is a 5-minute walk from the event space. (Hourly service towards Kalundborg/Easterport) See more at rejseplanen.dk for arrival and departure times for Vipperød station.
Is there access to the hall if I use a walker/wheelchair?
There is level free access to the hall itself and to the area. As well as access to a disabled toilet.
Can I bring my dog to the event site?
Dogs are allowed on leashes and must be socialized and used to many people. Should the dog make a small accident in the hall, you are responsible for cleaning up after it. There are 2 dog playgrounds north of the ball fields and the event site where there are opportunities to challenge the dog in different ways. See more about the dog playground here.
