Here are some of the most common questions we receive about our event:
What payment options are available at the event venue?
You’ll be able to pay with cash, and we’re working on a solution that will hopefully make it possible to pay with MobilePay at the event venue.
Is the event kid-friendly?
Yes, there will be various activities for children, and there is a playground in the area near the event venue that is free to use.
Admission, coins, and merchandise?
You can purchase this item in our event shop, which you’ll find under the ” Event Shop ” menu item or by clicking here: Event Shop.
Pickup of pre-ordered coins and other merchandise?
There will be several opportunities to pick these up.
Orders that are not picked up may be shipped later at the buyer’s expense if the buyer is unable to attend the event.
PLEASE NOTE: It is NOT possible to receive a refund for admission tickets or coins purchased if you are unable to attend the event.
IMPORTANT: Remember to bring your ticket—in the form of your purchase receipt (order confirmation)—either as a printed copy or digitally on your cell phone.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks, but you can also buy them on site.
Is there parking nearby?
There are parking options throughout the city—a map is included
Public transportation?
Langeskov Station is about a 10-minute walk from the event site
Is the site accessible if I use a walker or wheelchair?
The area is a green space used for large events. The ground is fairly level and features grass and paths.
Can I bring my dog to the event venue?
Dogs are welcome, provided they are on a leash, socialized, and accustomed to being around many people. If your dog has an accident, you are responsible for cleaning it up.
